Apex Home Gyms is a custom home gym design, sourcing, and installation service. We do not manufacture or ship gym equipment directly. All equipment is sourced from trusted third-party vendors and suppliers based on each customer’s specific needs and goals.

Because every project is customized, shipping and returns are handled differently than a traditional online store. Please review the details below carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

Third-Party Shipping

​

All gym equipment purchased through Apex Home Gyms is sourced from third-party manufacturers and suppliers. Shipping policies, delivery timelines, carrier selection, and tracking information are determined solely by each individual supplier.

 

Examples of suppliers may include (but are not limited to):

  • Fringe Sport

  • Major Fitness

  • Vesta Fitness

  • Bells of Steel

  • Other partnered equipment manufacturers

 

Once your order is placed, Apex Home Gyms orders the equipment on your behalf and coordinates installation once all items have arrived.

 

Important notes:

  • Shipping costs are set by the supplier and may vary by item.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the supplier and are not guaranteed.

  • Apex Home Gyms is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or shipping damage caused during transit.

 

Warehouse & Hand-Delivery (When Applicable)

 

In some cases, Apex Home Gyms may choose to:

  • Ship equipment to our warehouse for partial assembly, or

  • Personally transport equipment to your location for installation efficiency

 

This is determined on a case-by-case basis and does not change the original supplier’s shipping policies or responsibilities.

 

Installation Timing

 

Installation is scheduled after all equipment has arrived at the delivery location (customer address or Apex warehouse).

 

Delays in shipping may affect installation timelines.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Custom & Special Orders

 

Because all equipment is sourced specifically for each customer:

  • All sales are considered final once an order has been placed with a supplier.

  • Most equipment is classified as custom, special-order, or freight items, which are typically non-returnable under supplier policies.

 

If a supplier allows returns, the following may apply:

  • Restocking fees

  • Return shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

These fees are determined by the supplier, not Apex Home Gyms.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify Apex Home Gyms immediately upon delivery or discovery.

  2. We will assist in coordinating a resolution with the supplier (replacement parts, exchanges, or claims).

 

Apex Home Gyms will advocate on your behalf but cannot guarantee outcomes, as final decisions rest with the supplier.

 

Cancellations

 

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with a supplier. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist prior to order submission.

 

Questions & Transparency

 

We believe in full transparency and will:

  • Explain shipping expectations before purchase

  • Review supplier policies with you when applicable

  • Keep you informed throughout the sourcing and installation process
