When equipment is purchased through APEX Home Gyms:

• We act on behalf of the client to source equipment from third-party manufacturers and suppliers.

• All equipment is subject to the policies, warranties, shipping terms, and return conditions of the original manufacturer or supplier.

• Ownership of equipment transfers according to the supplier’s terms, not APEX Home Gyms.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

APEX Home Gyms does not ship products directly. All shipping logistics, carriers, delivery timelines, and freight handling are determined by third-party suppliers.

While APEX Home Gyms may assist with coordination, warehouse handling, partial assembly, or hand-delivery in certain cases, we are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays

• Carrier errors

• Lost or damaged shipments during transit

Installation Services

Installation services are scheduled after all equipment has been delivered. Installation timelines may be affected by supplier shipping delays or availability.

Due to the custom nature of each project:

• Orders are final once placed with a supplier.

• Most equipment is non-returnable.

• Any approved returns are subject to supplier policies, restocking fees, and return shipping costs.
